About

Founder, William Alli is currently the Minor League Strength & Conditioning Coordinator for the Baltimore Orioles Organization. He oversees the physical development of all minor league players as they work their way towards the Major Leagues. As a coordinator he also oversees a staff of strength coaches and helps align the philosophy, process, and strategies they use for player development. Prior to the O's, Will was a Strength Coach at Indiana University. There he managed the Physical Development of Men's Baseball, Men & Women's Track & Field, and Men & Women's Diving. Before his 8 years at Indiana University he was the Director of Strength & Conditioning at the Athlete Institute where he trained Professional, Collegiate, and High school Athletes. Throughout the year Will trains and consults with various professional athletes. This ranges from MLB/MiLB Hoosier Alum to former and future Olympians.
Outside of the athletes he works with, Will mentors young aspiring physical preparation professionals to help raise the industry standard.
